3 Ways to Enjoy Your Favorite Gluten-Free Snack Bar (Also, GIVEAWAY!)

There was a period of my life where I decided the best way to fuel up between running hither and yon was to chow on Luna bars and drink Vitamin water. While I’ve since balanced out my life (my eating life, anyway), I have missed the delicious Luna S’mores bar ever since my celiac diagnosis, aka, the darkest day in the history of my waffle maker.

Those dark days just got a little bit brighter, folks.

It’s totally true that Luna Bars are now 100% gluten-free! All of them! Yep, you can get your Lemon Zest, your Chocolate Cupcake, your Iced Oatmeal Raisin ALL GLUTEN-FREE. Do you know how you know your Luna is GF? There’s this adorbs pink circle on every package saying so. BAM.

I’ll be loading up on all of these bad boys, because I’ve figured out three awesome ways to utilize an entire stash of gluten-free Lunas. And you can too! If you head over to Luna, check out the delicious flavors, and let me know in the comments which flavor(s) you’re most excited to try, you could be the lucky winner of Luna samples. Just in time for holiday travel. Srsly, you need this in your go-bag.

Here are 3 ways to enjoy the newly gluten-free snack bar.

  1. OMG I can’t wait to try the Peanut Butter Cookie Luna Bar. I have a recipe for Decadent Hot Chocolate and can just imagine dipping it in for a big bite! Yum.

  2. The 3 f;avors I’d love to try are Chocolate Peppermint Stick, Lemon Zest, and Caramel Nut Brownie. Any of these bars would be great crumbled over a bowl of frozen yogurt. Happy Holidays!

  3. I really enjoyed reading your post, and I am to a food blogger. Gluten free is a big thing in my house, I have members who are gluten sensitive. My favorite is chocolate peppermint stick.

  4. Im so happy to hear about this. I saw a bar the other day with the pink circle and couldnt believe my eyes and was afraid to buy it! But now I am excited to try the honey salted peanut, iced oatmeal raisin (because Im always craving oatmeal raisin cookies), and the s’mores.

  5. Wow, the flavors are amazing, the chocolate ones mainly of course! Chocolate Peppermint Stick, here I come! I had always heard they were good but thought they weren’t gf, so never tried them. Thanks for the update on their formulation!

  6. I would love to try the vanilla almond, or white chocolate macadamia. Luna bars have been stocking stuffers at our Christmas in years past- yum!

  7. Wow. Those sound good. The s’mores is a definite must try!!
But there are a bunch of flavours that look good!
Must try white Chocolate macadamia and chocolate peppermint stick😋

  8. I was just thinking that it could be fun to chop a bar up small (or possibly grate it?) and add it to homemade vanilla ice cream!

  9. Numero dos! I ALWAYS have a Larabar and a Kind bar in my backpack (hey, they’re two different textures and flavors….how am I gonna know which I want for my 4 PM snack?!). Bars save me 5 days a week as breakfast since I have a 40 minute subway commute into the city, and then they serve again as my 4 PM snack because carrots and hummus is just too many containers to carry at once. I may have to chop them up, though. I don’t have kids; I’m only 19, but damn, do they ever look fun to eat in strip form and I know that chopping is therapy at it’s finest.
